The Cagayan de Oro City in partnership with Promote CDO Foundation, Inc. present KAGAY-AN FESTIVAL 2011 in celebration of the city’s annual grand fiesta. The festival comprises of different core events and culminates on August 28, the feast of her beloved patron, St. Augustine. Core events organized by Promote CDO and partner organizations are the rallying points for a campaign to promote Cagayan de Oro City and the surrounding areas globally as an investment and tourism destination.
The city government granted Promote CDO Foundation the exclusive right to manage the fiesta events starting August 2007 pursuant to City Ordinance No. 10514-2007.
